Who we are
Mirta Group LLC ("Mirta Group," "we") provides free educational content about retirement income and connects people who request it with a licensed insurance agent.
What we collect
Information you give us in the quiz (age range, retirement status, a savings range, your state) and your contact details (name, email, phone). We also collect technical data such as your IP address, device/browser information, referring URL, and advertising identifiers (e.g. utm parameters, click IDs, and Meta's _fbp/_fbc cookies).
How we use it
To show you relevant education, to let a licensed insurance agent contact you about retirement income options if you consent, to confirm and service any appointment you book, to measure and improve our ads, and to comply with the law.
Calls, texts, email and AI
If you check the consent box, Mirta Group and the licensed agent may call, text or email you — including with automated or AI technology. Calls may be recorded for quality and compliance. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can opt out at any time: reply STOP to texts, tell a caller to stop, or email us.
Consent certificate
When you submit the quiz we may create an independent record of your consent (for example via TrustedForm), which stores a timestamped certificate of the page and the consent language you agreed to.
Sharing
We share your quiz answers and contact details with the licensed insurance agent you'd meet with, and with service providers who help us operate (scheduling, communications, hosting, analytics). We do not sell your personal information.
Advertising & analytics
We use the Meta pixel (page views only in your browser) and send conversion events to Meta from our server. We do not send your age or financial answers to any advertising platform.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, and you can opt out of calls, texts and emails at any time.
